Deep Diver Speciality Course

Explore the fascinating underwater world of Tenerife

About the Deep Diver Course

Let’s Go Deep!

Explore deeper dive sites around Tenerife with confidence at depths down to 40 meters. Learn how to manage your gas supply, learn more about specialized equipment and understand how to deal with gas narcosis.

There is something exciting and mysterious about exploring deep dive sites while diving. Sometimes it’s a wreck that attracts you, or the opportunity to get to see species that you would not find in shallow depths. Whatever it is, to scuba dive with confidence at depths below 30m, the PADI Deep Diver Course will help to prepare you for your new adventures. We will not only teach you how to plan and execute Deep Dives but also explain specialized equipment, safety considerations, effects of additional pressure as well as managing your gas supply and dealing with gas narcosis.

The Deep Diver course consists of four Open Water dives, which we normally conduct over a period of two days. Your instructor will ensure that all dives are kept within the No Decompression Limits (NDL), and therefore start with the deeper dive.

Start your Course today with the PADI Deep Diver E-Learning. Read and watch videos about deep diving, then interact with knowledge checks in preparation for meeting with us to schedule your deep dives.

Stop by at our Dive Centre and feel free contact us, if you have any questions about the course.
